Refund Policy

Use of the terms “we” and “us” in this Refund Policy means SmartyAds.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully prior to using the Site. If you do not agree with the Policy, you must not use this Site. This Refund Policy is subject to change by SmartyAds.com at any time, without notice to you. You are responsible for reviewing the policy from time to time to ensure you continue to agree with it and any applicable changes. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance to the new Refund Policy.

Refunds are provided in the form of crediting your Account balance with funds that may be used for future purchases of ads. Cash refunds will not be provided.

In case an Advertiser has violated the terms of the IO or Terms and Conditions and provided SmartyAds with an advertising material containing bot, adult, malware or prohibited content SmartyAds has the right to terminate such advertising campaign. The remaining budget will be credited to Advertiser’s account and may be used for future purchases provided that an Advertiser supply SmartyAds with safe advertising material (not bot, adult, malware or prohibited content). Advertiser will receive notice about such malicious advertising material. In case an Advertiser send advertising material containing bot, adult, malware or prohibited content after receiving such notice SmartyAds upon its sole discretion holds the right to suspend Advertisers account and use the remaining budget to cover damages caused to Publishers by such malicious advertising material.

Before making a purchase, you must read all of the details provided for the applicable ad zone and be sure that you fully understand exactly what you are purchasing.

If you wish to request a refund, you must notify us of your request within 24 hours of making your purchase.

To request a refund just send an email to support@smartyads.com with the following details:

  • Ad ID#;
  • The email address on your Account;
  • The reasons why you would like us to consider a refund.

If you want to request a refund after an ad has started running, SmartyAds may, at its discretion, cancel the ad and credit your account balance the difference of the unused clicks. We will consider such a request on a case-by-case basis. Nothing herein grants an obligation by SmartyAds to grant a refund.
