Malware is, like everything unpleasant, not possible to eliminate completely. We cannot guarantee anything that happens 2 clicks away from the ads we serve. It is not within our reach of action. Furthermore, there is no technology to spot and handle all Malvertising in real time, and the methods that Internet villains use are ever-changing. All ad-serving and ad-exchange platforms, Publishers and the public are facing this situation. Hence, it is impossible for us or any other player on the market to guarantee a 100% malware-free browsing experience. Whoever wants to guarantee a 100% safe ad-serving experience is acting irresponsibly.
This being said, safety can be drastically improved if you commit to it, and if investments in safety are made.
We have taken action to minimize the risk in order to protect all our partners and the users. That’s why we’ve upgraded our security measures and extended our procedures.

We have a zero-tolerance policy in place for distributors of malware. That means that demand partners are being screened for malware risk. If we do detect risk, the demand source is blacklisted and shut down immediately. We have put an additional effort into this, to benefit the entire community, since eliminating Internet villains will serve all of us.
