At SmartyAds, we are seeking a dedicated and driven professional to join us as a Trainee/Junior Account Manager. In this role, you will collaborate with a highly skilled team of Account Managers who manage partnerships with industry giants such as Google, Opera, and Rakuten. They will deep-dive you into the world of digital advertising and will help you gain the expertise needed to ensure that advertisements effectively reach the right audience at the right time and in the right place.
As a Trainee/Junior Account Manager, your primary objective is to provide support and learn from our experienced Account Management team while gradually taking on more responsibilities. This role is pivotal in understanding the nuances of the business and the art of client relationship management.
Trainee Account Manager Responsibilities
- Performing operational tasks delegated by the Account management team;
- Continuously learn about the Ad Tech ecosystem
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes
- Participate in meetings and discussions
- Gaining all the provided knowledge for becoming a Junior Account Manager
Junior Account Manager Responsibilities
- Communicate with Open RTB partners on a daily basis providing assistance with their daily operations
- Analyze metrics on the platform and apply the necessary optimizations to ensure growth of the assigned accounts
- Create reports per the request of the team
- Assist customers with fixing technical issues in collaboration with the technical team
- Maintain warm and friendly relationships with all the clients.
