How to Find Your Identifiers

To help us process your privacy request, we may ask you to provide certain identifiers from your device. Follow the steps below to locate them.

1. IP Address (IP)

You can find your IP address on any mobile or desktop device:

Your IP address will appear at the top of the page in one of the displayed formats.

You may also use any other publicly available online IP-lookup tools.

2. User Agent (UA)

Your User Agent shows basic information about your browser and device.

Option 1 (Google Chrome):

Go to google.com
Type "my user agent"
Google will show your UA directly under the search bar.

Option 2 (Any browser):

If the User Agent is not displayed by Google:

Open https://whatmyuseragent.com
Your UA information will appear on the screen immediately.

3. Mobile Advertising Identifier (IFA / IDFA / AAID)

This identifier exists only on mobile devices.

iOS (Apple) Devices — IDFA

Apple does not show the IDFA by default.
To view it:
Open the App Store
Download a third-party app that displays your IDFA (e.g., Find My IDFA, IDFA, FindMyIDFA)
Open the app
Allow tracking authorization when prompted
The app will display your device’s IDFA

Android Devices — AAID

Android devices display their Advertising ID directly in system settings.
