We’ve recently learned that scammers are reaching out to people on WhatsApp and similar platforms, pretending to be part of the SmartyAds team. They offer fake job opportunities (part or full-time), “training programs,” and recruitment messages — these are not from us.

The scammers lure victims with promises of training or remote work on a fake platform. Users receive a “trial account” and access to a site that mimics a real interface, showing fake “balances” and “earnings” to build trust. Once the “work” begins, users are gradually asked to deposit their own money — either to unlock their account or withdraw so-called earnings. In reality, there is no job — it’s all designed to extract funds. Communication happens via WhatsApp, including group chats with fake “employees” — all part of the illusion to make the scheme feel legitimate.

Please remember:

  • SmartyAds never recruits or offers training via WhatsApp, Telegram, or any messaging apps.
  • We do not conduct hiring through unofficial channels.
  • Our only official job listings are published on the Careers page of our website. If it’s not there — it’s not from us.

If you receive a message about such a job or training opportunities, don’t respond and don’t share any personal information. Instead, please block such suspicious contacts and flag them immediately as scams.

We’re actively investigating and taking steps to prevent further misuse of our brand.

Thanks for staying alert and helping us keep the community safe.
— The SmartyAds Team.

UPD: (July 21.07)

Our tech team has identified a fraudulent website impersonating SmartyAds. This fake site prompts users to “register” and promises easy earnings — a clear scam.

Please note: this website has no affiliation with SmartyAds. We’ve already submitted a takedown request to its hosting provider.

Reminder: SmartyAds has only one official website — smartyads.com.
We do not ask candidates to register elsewhere or communicate job offers via messengers. Stay alert and be safe.
